Concrete Finisher

Summit Siteworks is looking for concrete finishers with a good work ethic, who can be self-motivated and have a desire to grow in all aspects of life.

Employment Requirements

• All employees are expected to arrive on the job site with no drugs or alcohol in their systems
• Reliable transportation: Ability to arrive on the job site by the given start time is a must
• Must clock into our electronic timecard systems daily
• Must have hammer, tape, nail apron, steel toed boots, and rubber overshoes
• Must be knowledgeable in all concrete finishing techniques
• Must have at least 1 years of concrete finishing experience

Job Duties

• Must have experience with bull-floating, power troweling, brooming, shooting grade
• Must have experience screeding off of sand
• Must have experience sealing or curing of slabs
• Must have experience setting of sump or floor drain
• Must have experience cutting control joints or applying zip strip
• Willingness to work on footings and foundation
• Responsible for the quality of concrete slab project
• Responsible for cleaning equipment and tools used for finishing slabs
• May be expected to perform any duty involved in a concrete project
• Ability to finish flat floors

Additional Items

• Hours may vary. May range from 45 - 55 hours a week, spring through fall
• Travel may be required
